Dr Ma, Ka Wing 馬家榮
Graduated from The University of Hong Kong in 2006, Dr. Ma completed his general surgical training in 2013 and became one of the core members of the Liver team in Queen Mary Hospital. With his passion in conducting clinical researches, he published extensively in a number of internationally renowned journals including Hepatology International, HPB, Surgical Endoscopy and Liver Transplantation. He was awarded several international and local awards including the ISDS Grassi Prize in 2017 and the Best Clinical Research Output Prize in Department of Surgery, Queen Mary Hospital for two consecutive years in 2017 and 2018. He obtained his Doctorate degree, Master of Surgery, at The University of Hong Kong in 2018. In recent years, his research focus include cholangiocarcinoma, Hepatocellular carcinoma and surgical endoscopy.
