AbstractThe effect of organic solvents and water content on the enzymatic synthesis of protected oligopeptides and its derivatives is very remarkable. The influence of the properties of organic solvents and water content in different organic solvents on the enzymatic synthesis of derivatives of dipeptides containing D-amino acid residue was systemically studied. α-Chymotrypsin, subtilisin and thermolysin were used as catalyst for the synthesis of a series of protected dipeptides and its derivatives; furthermore, the effect of water content on the enzymatic reactions was also studied.
