| Abstract | 撳針為撳釘型皮內針的簡稱,是針尾呈環形并垂直于針身的皮內針,又稱圖釘型皮內針[1].使用時將撳針刺入皮下,固定后留置一定時間,利用其持續刺激作用以治療疾病.撳針療法是毫針留針法的發展,可以延長針刺作用,提高臨床療效,至今已在臨床上廣泛應用.筆者擬將近20年來有關撳針療法治療痛證的臨床研究文獻綜述如下. |
