AbstractDisruptions occur frequently in airport operations and affecting the original schedule of flights’ gate assignment. For international hub airports, the implication on the connection of flights and passengers is obvious. In this paper, we develop a reassignment model that focuses on transfer passengers’ satisfaction level and heuristically solve this model to meet real-time solution requirement. The computational results show the competitive performance of our methods.
