AbstractThis study examines the mediating role of work-family conflict on antecedents and outcomes in a sample of dual career employees. We examine the antecedents and outcomes of work→family and family→work conflict. Our results show that family→work conflict mediated the relationships between career development and job security and work-based family support programs. Similarities and differences from previous findings and implications are discussed.
