| Abstract | 为痴呆老人及其照顾者提供强有力的社会服务至关重要.然而目前,国内对老年痴呆症的研究主要集中在医学和流行病学领域<'[1-3]>,从社会心理、社会服务角度探讨老年痴呆症长期照顾模式的学术研究仍然有限.为进一步了解老年痴呆症长期照顾的最新学术发展,本文回顾了过去5年,国际学术界在该领域的主要研究成果,系统归纳了三大研究主题,从中揭示出'以人为本'(Person-centered care,PCC)<'[4]>、提升'生存质量'(QOL)已日益成为老年痴呆症长期照顾的发展趋势. |
