AbstractCD-CAT has been developed to administer diagnostic tests more efficiently; however, when the number of attributes is large (i.e., test is high-dimensional), implementing CD-CAT becomes infeasible. To address the high-dimensionality issue, a strategy that involves item calibration, modified item selection and shrinking the prior distributions is proposed.
