Abstract以往研究认为,脊椎动物的睫状边缘区是其视网膜细胞终生更新的来源,而成年哺乳动物视网膜没有再生能力.近年研究发现,在成年鼠的色素睫状上皮有一些细胞被生长因子刺激后可以增殖并分化为视网膜神经元及胶质细胞.本文对这类干细胞的位置、体内外的研究及其用途作一综述.
