AbstractThe up to date development and applications of microfluidic lab-on-a-chip in gene analysis are reviewed. The special attention is paid to its contribution in the fields of the different kinds of DNA polymorphism analysis and DNA sequencing. The emergent influences of such contributions in the area of clinical diagnose and forensic sciences are described as well.
對微流控芯片實驗室在基因分析中應用研究的最新進展予以綜述,特別注意到了這種新技術平臺在不同類型的基因多態性檢測和脫氧核糖核酸(DNA)測序中的貢獻,在一定程度上反映了這種貢獻在臨床診斷、法醫學鑒定等領域已經產生的影響。
