A Survey of Market Power in Relation with Electricity Market Structure

Abstract

The market power is one of the most significant problems in the reform of electric power industry. In this paper the research results on marker power in relation with the electricity market structure are summarized in three respects, i.e., the effect of the market structure on the market power, the measurement index for market power and the experimentation and simulation of the market power. The features and existing problems are also pointed out.

市場力是電力市場化改革中倍受關注的重要問題之一。文中從3個方面對與市場結構有關的市場力的研究成果進行了評述,并指出了他們的特點和存在問題。此3個方面是:①市場結構對市場力的影響;②市場力的度量指標;③市場力的試驗仿真。
