AbstractAn assessing model for construction project bidding is established based on the Blin method using the principle of fuzzy mathematics. The comparison problem of multi_factors with different weights has been simplified into the judgement of single scoring index that is scientific, subjective and comprehensive in the assessing procedure of construction projects. 應用模糊數學中Blin法的基本原理 ,建立一種建設工程招標的評判模型 .同時將多因素且不同權重的工程選優問題簡化為單指標的得分比較問題 ,為評標工作提供一個科學、客觀、綜合的衡量參數 .
