AbstractThere are new problems and new phenomena in many large cities in China, which are resulted from the confluence and the co-dependence of many factors, such as the enlargement of urban spaces, increasing cities and towns, clustering of resources elements, change and rearrangement of industrial clusters and increasing transportation information networks and so on.How to plan and construct these large cities is one of the outstanding issues in the 21st century, urban times. This paper explores deeply on the planning and construction of large cities, their tendency, some relating theories, new thinking and strategies, to motivate the scientific discussions.
在當前全球經濟一體化與城市化高速發展的新時代,由于城市的空間區域不斷擴大、城鎮連綿迭加、資源要素的集聚、產業集群轉型與重組及其交通信息網絡化等等因素的匯合與相互依存,給我國許多大城市地區帶來新的問題與新的現象。如何規劃與建設這些大城市的區域空間是21世紀'城市時代'越來越突出的大問題。文章就我國大城市區域的空間規劃與建設形勢、有關理論與創新理念及其策略性問題,進行深入的有益的探索,期望相關的學術爭論。
