AbstractIn this paper, the authors present a method to obtain an infinite number of interior solutions to Einstein-Maxwell field equations. Two previously known solutions have been rediscovered in the process (see Mak M. K. et al., Nuovo Cimento B, 110 (1995) 897, and Tolman R. C., Phys. Rev., 55 (1939) 364). A class of solutions is obtained and matched at the boundary with the Reissner-Nordström metric.
