AbstractWe demonstrate an all-fiber widely-tunable sub-picosecond fiber optical parametric oscillator based on highly-nonlinear dispersion-shifted fiber. Nearly-transform-limited sub-picosecond pulses are generated over a 60-nm tuning range around 1550 nm. © VDE VERLAG GMBH.
