AbstractThe Outline of China’s National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020) clearly defined the objective of universalizing preschool education by the year 2020.However,strategies towards achieving it and reforming the funding system have yet to be explored.This study will address these issues through literature reviews and comparative studies,analyzing the current dilemmas and summarizing the problems found in China’s preschool education financing system.The causes of these problems and international experiences with preschool education funding will also be thoroughly discussed. 《國家中長期教育改革和發展規劃綱要(2010-2020年)》為學前教育的發展制定了具體的長遠目標,但對于實現目標的關鍵環節——學前教育財政投入機制卻著墨不多.在深入分析學前教育財政投入保障機制的困境及其形成原因的基礎上,提出改革學前教育財政投入機制的初步構想.本研究報告從四個方面展開論述:(1)我國幼教財政投入體制改革的方向;(2)我國幼教財政投入體制改革的目標;(3)我國幼教財政投入體制改革的策略;(4)我國學前教育財政投入體制改革方案.
