Abstract | This presentation focuses on a case study of 10 primary school students in Hong Kong. The study aims to explore the digital equity in education through the investigation of students’ experience in using
digital technologies in school and at home. Findings reveal a clustering of themes and patterns on usage, family culture, and school culture. It also reveals the importance of family culture influencing students’ usage and skills. Implications of the findings are discussed. |
