1 To determine the role of myometrial cells on the clonogenicity and proliferation of endometrial mesenchymal-like stem cells. 2 To determine the role of Wnt signalling in the myometrial cells-induced increase in clonogenicity and proliferation of endometrial mesenchymal-like stem cells. 3 To study the actions of myometrial cell-derived matrix metalloproteinase-3 on clonogenicity and proliferation of the endometrial mesenchymal-like stem cells.
