Objectives
1 1. To characterize expression, localization and turnover of OtuB1 as a function of time in infection models with different strains of influenza virus 2 2. To understand the functional relevance of OtuB1 in the context of virus infection through genetic validation in knockout cells. 3 3. To define a biochemical pathway for OtuB1 by identifying its interactors and substrates using proximity-dependent labeling.
