1 To identify the enhancer regions of C/EBPe in MLL-rearranged leukemia. 2 To investigate the chromosomal interactions mediated by C/EBPe enhancers and the associated key transcription factors. 3 To delineate the functional correlation between aberrant DNA methylation and C/EBPe enhancer activity in leukemia cell differentiation.
