Objectives
We hypothesize that patient-specific iPSC derived cardiomyocytes from patients with inherited HCM as detected by state-ofart genetic testing can be used for in-vitro drug screening. Specially, we aim to develop personalized targeted therapies for HCM patients based on the unique disease pathogenesis caused by individual mutations.
