Objectives
Objective 1: Design of a novel echocardiography technique (0-6 months) A specific speckle tracking derived strain interface will be designed for specific detection of LV subtle dysfunction. Objective 2: Application for analysis of image (6-12 months) An application that allows analysis of acquired image and quantify strain values on different computer operating system (PC and iOS system). Objective 3: Image acqusition in healthy elderly (12-30 months) A total of 500 healthy elderly will be recurited for echocardiography (strain value) to correlate with MRI brain for detection of SBI. Objective 4: Cut-off strain value (30-36 months) An accurate cut-off strain value will be derived using the 500 echocardiography and MRI brain to accurately predict for SBI.
