Objectives
1) To investigate the extent to which sleep and wakefulness influence the consolidation of self-evaluative memories and mnemic neglect (Experiments 1 and 2); 2) To explore sleep-related neural processes that underlie the consolidation of self-evaluative memories and mnemic neglect (Experiment 2); 3)To examine whether we can directly reactivate positive self-evaluative memory during sleep to strengthen positive self-evaluations and to restore the impaired mnemic neglect among people with high depressive symptoms (Experiment 3);
