Objectives
1) Build CombiGEM-CRISPR 2.0 to knock out three-way combinations of druggable genes. 2) Perform high-throughput studies with CombiGEM-CRISPR 2.0 to isolate three-way druggable gene combinations that suppress ovarian cancer cell growth. 3) Validate genetic hits and the matching drug combination effects in suppressing ovarian cancer cell growth.
