Objectives
1) Develop and solve a dynamic model of exclusive contract and other exclusionary conducts without using exclusive contract when there is sequential entry in both the upstream and downstream markets; 2) Establish the view of mutual dependence of entry deterrence between incumbent upstream and downstream firms; 3) Provide new implications on antitrust policies regarding exclusive contracts and other exclusionary conduct.
