Objectives
(1) To fabricate the breakthrough deformed and partitioned (D&P) steel at an industrial scale; (2) To evaluate various industry-oriented properties of the D&P steel including high-strain rate, impact, fatigue, welding, coatability, formability, and delayed fracture; (3) To fabricate a typical door beam of automobile using the D&P steel; (4) To promote the application of the D&P steel in the automotive industry
