Objectives
Exosomes are endosome-derived microvesicles released by cells into the extracellular environment. Exosomes of metastatic cells play pivotal role in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) development. Through proteomic profiling, NID1 was found to be highly expressed in exosomes of metastatic HCC cells.
