Objectives
Sedentary behavior (SB) is a key risk factor for cardiovascular disease(CVD) and type 2 diabetes (T2D).However, no research has explored whether the beneficial impact of reducing SB on disease risk applies to everyone, regardless of their genetic predisposition. /this research aims to investigate whether associations of SB with incident CBD and T2D differ by level genetic predisposition to T2D.
