Objectives
(1) To develop a baseline of drug user trends and associated problems and whether/how they adopt strategies to reduce potential harms when using. (2) To develop, review and revise a harm reduction training program targeting drug and HIV/AIDS organizations in Hong Kong. (3) To organize annual training workshops based on human rights and harm reduction principles for different stakeholders in the region. (4) To develop a regional research impact hub on drug policy in order to establish research networks and collaboration to facilitate evidence informed policies and practices in the region. (5) To contribute to positive changes to current regional and national drug policy and drug treatment regimes.
