Objectives
To correlate the relationship between the magnitude of secondary messenger and type of cellular response generated; to compare the signal transduction potential of different classes of immunoglobulin receptors expressing T15 idiotype; to pinpoint the role of different moieties (the extra-cytoplasmic portion, transmembrane domain and intra-cytoplasmic tail) of an immunoglobulin receptor in the signalling process.
