Objectives
To determine the formation and persistence of the crucial DNA-carcinogen adduct, O6 methylgnanine (O6-MG) in tumour target-tissues (liver, oesophagus, forestomach, kidney) following an intraperitoneal injection of a liver carcinogen: dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) or MBN in zinc deficient and control zinc-sufficient rats.
