Objectives
The creation and compilation of evidence about education in Hong Kong from pre-colonial times up to the beginning of the Japanese occupation of Hong Kong. This represents the first part of a two part/volume project, the second volume being concerned with education in Hong Kong from the beginning of the Japanese occupation up to the post-1997 period.
