Objectives
Subarterial VSD is much more prevalent in the East region than in the West. The defect is commonly associated with aortic valve regurgitation. This study tries to evaluate the morphological mechanism by using cross sectional echocardiography and angiography, leading to aortic regurgitation in this defect by a long term longitudinal evaluation.
