Objectives

In this study, making use of sampoles from our Hong Kong SLE cohort and available data from collaborators, we will have whole genome sequencing data for 1366 samples of SLE cases and matched controls to detect RVs and SV/CNVs associated with SLE, of which 200 caes will be those with an onsety age younger than 18 years old.
