Objectives
Based on our previous finding on clofazimine, an inexpensive, orally bioavailable, and FDA-approved drug that suppressing SARS-CoV-2 replication in animal models, we are aiming to develp a cocktail regimen combining witht he other FDA or clinically-investigational drug candidate to achieve therapeutic synergy and to be evaluated in clincial trials.
