Objectives
We have found DNA topoisomerase II binding protein 1 (TOPBP1) as a host dependency factor of EBV infection in nasopharyngeal epithelial (NPE) cells. In this study we will fully characterize the role of TOPBP1 in oriP-dependent EBV latent DNA replication.
