Objectives
(1) To identify the peptides that selectively bind to the surface receptors of liver CSCs via massspectrometry analysis.(2) To design and establish a library of liver CSC-specific pCAR-Ms using a one-pot peptidecyclization and cell modification approach.(3) To functionally characterize and optimize pCAR-Ms in cell-based models.(4) To evaluate the efficacy of the designed pCAR-Ms in animal models.
