1.    To determine the proportion of Hong Kong people that are willing to use teleconsultation in primary care.2.    To investigate the effect of demographic factors, knowledge and attitudes towards teleconsultations as the drivers and barriers affecting the people’s willingness to use teleconsultation. 3.    To ascertain the medical problems for which the public will consider using teleconsultation in primary care and identify any inappropriate expectation.
