Objectives
This project uses the Internet of Things and big data technology to build a PaaS (Platformas a Service) dedicated engineering service platform suitable for prefabricated buildings.Firstly, the project realizes the equipment network for the intelligent manufacturingequipment, by developing a platform for its intelligent dispatch, online monitoring andover-the-air(OTA) upgrade. Secondly, the project uses big data and network technologyto realize the coordination of multiple segments in the prefabricated buildings, and thensupports the industrial ecological services. The project involves the development of pluginsof industrial software, the integration of technologies such as the Internet of Thingstechnology, and big data analysis into the cloud computing platform. The goal of theproject is to provide solutions for the needs of the construction industry: fundamentallysolving the problems of high labor costs, difficult production scheduling and largeinventories problems in the prefabricated component factory. The project also providesan intelligent data management system to realize the interconnection of multiple segmentin the industry, which minimize the operation and maintenance cost.
