Objectives
1. Study the closure relation of the cells in the totally nonnegative partial flag varieties for any Kac-Moody group 2. Study the positive structure and the Birkhoff-Bruhat atlas 3. Study the regularity conjecture of Galashin, Karp and Lam and try to prove that the closure of any cell in the totally nonnegative flag is a regular CW complex
