Objectives
1. To develop the synthetic strategies that can prepare molecular-glue-focused DNA-encoded libraries (MG-DELs) with high chemical diversities;2. To develop two selection methods that can select the MG-DELs against various proteins and protein complexes for molecular glue discovery;3. To prepare chemically diverse macrocycle and IMiD-MG-DELs and select these libraries against challenging protein targets to identify novel MGs;4. To validate and characterize the biological activities, potency, target specificities, biological activities, and the underlying mechanisms of the identified MGs;5. To summarize the results and identify future research opportunities for more indepth studies in drug discovery.
