Objectives
1. Develop PEGylated lipids with low immunogenicity to improve the in vivo safety of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs).2. Develop photoresponsive ionizable lipids for constructing mRNA-loaded LNPs that can specifically release mRNA upon light irradiation.3. Achieve light-triggered mRNA delivery to esophageal carcinoma with high specificity to improve therapeutic efficacy and reduce side effects.
