Objectives
To identify the correlation between readiological features of silicosis, assessed by computed tomography (CT), and the Hong Kong Pneumoconiosis Medical Board grading of DOI in silicosis patients in Hong Kong; to develop a morphometric CT assessment system to examine the lungs of patients with silicosis; to study the correlation of the ILO radiographic classification and the newly established morphometric CT assesment of silicosis with the DOI grades.
