Objectives
Prostate cancer is one of the most common male malignancies with a poor prognosis. This project aims to develop nanobody-based drugs for the targeted therapy targeting the‘marker’ protein of castration-resistance prostate cancer (CRPC), CEACAM5. Bydeveloping an artificial intelligence-powered multimodal imaging platform combiningoptical, electron, and ion microscopy, this project will directly visualize nanobodymolecules at the multi-scale (tissue-cell-subcellular), promoting the development ofnanobody-based drugs for prostate cancer and improving the efficiency of the drugdiscovery process of antibody-based therapeutics. The implementation of this project isexpected to significantly improve the therapeutic strategies for prostate cancer andfundamentally improve the survival and prognosis of patients.
