Objectives
To prepare MAP/polyepitope of the LMP1/LMP2 native peptides; to identify highly immunogenic MAPs of the LMP1/LMP2 native peptides by in vitro immunoassays and in reactivating the CTL lines from asymptomatic carriers or NPC patients; to prepare LMP1/LMP2 templated peptide libraries; to identify highly immunogenic peptides from the synthetic peptide libraries by in vitro immunoassays and in reactivating the CTL lines from asymptomatic carriers or NPC patients; to prepare MAP/polyepitope of the synthetic peptide(s) for amplification of immunogenecity; to identify novel peptide candidates for clinical studies; to formulate studies of immunogenic peptides and MAPs; to pulse the dendritic cells from NPC patents with the lead peptides/MAP, followed by intradonal injection into the patients; to evaluate tumor growth in patients with local recurrence or metastasis.
