Objectives
Multicode code division multiple access (CDMA) has been introduced as a new transmission scheme for high speed and flexible data rate communication in third generation (3G) mobile communications. This project is to: 1) study multi-level quadrature amplitude modulation (M-QAM) for future high speed multicode CDMA systems; 2) investigate multistage partial multicode interference (MCI) cancellation; 3) conduct a complete and consolidated theoretical analysis and to carry out simulation to verify the analysis.
