Objectives
To reveal the molecular structures of a normal prion, a diseased prion (scrapie), a complex of quinacrine drug molecule binding to scrapie in preventing oligomerisation, and several oligomers (1mer, 3mer, 5mer, 9mer, 17mer) of computer-generated pathological scrapie fibrils.
