Biography
Dr. Zhu Jianqiao is an Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong, where he directs the Machine-Augmented Cognition Lab. Prior to this, he was a postdoctoral researcher in the Computational Cognitive Science Lab at Princeton University, USA, working alongside Tom Griffiths. He earned his PhD in Psychology from the University of Warwick, UK.
His research interests center on understanding the rational and computational foundations of human and machine cognition, with a particular focus on decision-making. He develops Bayesian models and neural network models to explore how people and AI systems form judgments and make decisions.
