AbstractOBJECTIVES: To evaluate the in vitro antifungal activity of baicalein and its effect on energy-dependent efflux pumps of Candida species. METHODS: Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of baicalein was determined by broth microdilution assay (CLSI guidelines).
