| Abstract | 目的:探討濕疹外治經驗方——復方黃苦膏劑對濕疹模型動物的治療作用。方法:將制備好的復方黃苦膏劑對濕疹動物模型外用處理,并利用小鼠、豚鼠雙重動物模型以觀察其治療效果。結果:復方黃苦膏劑可明顯抑制小鼠耳腫脹,并對組胺所致豚鼠皮膚瘙癢有極顯著的止癢作用。結論:復方黃苦膏劑對濕疹模型動物具有明顯的抑制腫脹,減輕表皮增厚、表皮潰瘍及真皮炎細胞浸潤作用;有極顯著的止癢作用,且量效關系成正比。 |
