Abstract | The formation of polymersomes from copolymer-stabilized double emulsions in glasscoated, PDMS microfluidic devices is described. The device geometry enables separate injection of two organic solvents to form the shell phase of the double emulsion. This allows proper combination of the two solvents, which is essential for forming polymersomes. © 2010 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH and Co. KGaA, Weinheim. | ||||||||||
